Terms and Conditions of Membership
Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to stipulate basic matters regarding the terms and procedures for using the Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by 7carwash (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Article 2 (Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions)
① These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon notification to users through the service screen or other means.
② The Site may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon notification or notice in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.

Article 3 (Definition of Terms)
The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.
① Member: Refers to an individual or group that has entered into a service use agreement with the Site or has been issued a user ID. ②
Applicant: Refers to an individual or group that applies for membership.
③ ID: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member and approved by the Site for the purpose of identifying the member and using the service.
④ Password: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to confirm that the member is the same as the ID issued to the member and to protect the member’s own confidentiality.
⑤ Termination: This refers to the cancellation of the service use agreement by the site or member.

Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement Article 4 (Establishment of Use Agreement)
① If you click the Agree button at the bottom of the Terms of Use, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms
of Use. ② The Use Agreement is established when the site approves the application for use after the applicant agrees to the Terms of Use.

Chapter 5 (Application for Use)
① In order to use this service, the applicant must record and submit the user information requested in the site's application form.
② All user information entered in the application form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real name or actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be subject to service restrictions.

Chapter 6 (Approval of Application for Use)
① The site approves the application for use of the service, except in the cases of Paragraphs 2 and 3.
② The site may withhold approval for the application until the reasons for the restriction on approval are resolved in the following cases:
a. When there is no room in the service-related facilities
b. When there are technical difficulties
c. ③ In cases where other sites are deemed necessary,
the site may refuse to accept the application if the applicant falls under any of the following:
a. If the application is made using the name of another individual (site)
b. If the application is made by falsely entering user information c
. If the application is made for the purpose of disturbing the public peace and order or public morals
d. If the application does not meet any other requirements for use specified by the site
Article 7 (Change of User Information)
If the member information entered at the time of application for use has changed, the member must change it online, and the member is responsible for all problems arising from the failure to change it.

Chapter 3 Obligations of the Contracting Parties Article 8 (Obligations of the Site)
① The site provides the following services to the member:
a. Sending newsletters on new services and domain information
b. Automatic entry of personal information when registering an additional domain c
. Various additional services for domain registration and management
② The site may not leak, disclose, or distribute the member's personal information acquired in relation to the provision of services to others without the member's consent, and may not use it for commercial purposes other than those related to the service. However, the following cases are exceptions:
a. b. When there is a request from a government agency in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, etc. b.
When there is a request for the purpose of investigating a crime or when there is a request from the Information and Communications Ethics Committee c
. When there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated in other relevant laws and regulations
③ The site is obligated to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Chapter 9 (Member Obligations)
① Members must not commit the following acts when using the service.
a. Acts of illegally using another member's ID
b. Acts of copying information obtained from the service for purposes other than the member's use without the site's prior consent, or of modifying, publishing, broadcasting, etc., or of providing such information to others c
. Acts of infringing upon the site's copyright, the copyrights of others, or other rights
d. Acts of distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals to others
e. Acts that are objectively judged to be related to crimes
f. Other acts that violate relevant laws and regulations
② Members must comply with relevant laws and regulations, matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, service use instructions, and precautions.
③ Members must comply with usage restrictions posted on the site’s service notice board or announced separately for each content.

Chapter 4 Provision and Use of Services Chapter 10 (Member’s Obligations Regarding Management of Member ID and Password)
① Members are responsible for all management of their ID and password. Members are fully responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in management or unauthorized use of the ID and password granted to them.
② Members must notify the site of any unauthorized use of their ID or any other security breaches.

Chapter 11 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)
① The site may restrict or suspend all or part of the service in the event of a war, incident, natural disaster, or other national emergency, or in the event of a threat of such occurrence, or in the event of force majeure, such as a telecommunications service provider suspending telecommunications services pursuant to the Telecommunications Business Act.
② When the site restricts or suspends the use of the service pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1, it must promptly notify the member of the reason and period of restriction.

Chapter 5 Changes and Termination of Contract Terms

Chapter 12 (Change of Information)
If a member wishes to change customer information such as address or password, he/she may do so by using the member information change service on the website.

Chapter 13 (Termination of Contract Terms)
A member may terminate the service use agreement, and in the event of termination, he/she must apply for termination to the site directly through the service, by phone, or online. The site will restrict the member’s use of the service from the day the termination request is received. If a member falls under any of the following clauses and wishes to terminate the service use agreement, the site must notify the member of its intention at least 7 days in advance and provide an opportunity to explain.
① If a user violates the usage restriction regulations or fails to resolve the reason for the restriction within the usage restriction period
② If the Information and Communications Ethics Committee requests cancellation of use
③ If a user fails to respond to a request for opinion without a justifiable reason
④ If an application is made in another person’s name or a usage agreement is entered into with false information or false documents attached, the site may restrict registration for a separately specified period for users whose subscription has been cancelled in accordance with the above regulations.

Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages

Chapter 14 (Exemption Clause)
① The site is exempt from liability for any loss incurred by a member due to failure to obtain the expected benefits from the service or due to the member’s choice or use of service materials.
② The site is exempt from liability if a service failure occurs or a member’s data is damaged due to a member’s fault or a third party’s intent.
③ The site is exempt from liability for the content of materials posted or transmitted by members.
④ In the case of a domain with trademark rights, the purchasing member is responsible for any damage or compensation that may arise therefrom, and the site is not liable for any such damage.

Article 15 (Jurisdiction)
In the event of a dispute between the site and a member in relation to the service, the court with jurisdiction over the site's headquarters location shall be the court of jurisdiction.
